LUCCHESINI PLAYS SCHUBERT’S LAST TWO SONATAS
On Sunday, March 12, at 5 pm, there’s an event entitled “Straniero al mondo”. (Stranger in the world). Schubert’s last two piano sonatas will be played by Andrea Lucchesini with Sandro Cappelletto as narrator.
The sonatas are:

Sonata in B flat major op. D post 960
VIVALDI’S FOUR SEASONS FOR FATHER’S DAY
On Sunday, March 19, at 5 pm, on the occasion of Father’s Day there’s a concert by an ensemble formed from the principals of Venice’s ‘Antonio Vivaldi’ orchestra:
Alberto Bologni and Guglielmo De Stasio, violins;
Walter Barbiero, purple Francesco Ferrarini, cello;
Gabriele Ragghianti, bass Roberto Loreggian, harpsichord;
Glauco Bertagnin, solo violin.
EVENT DEDICATED TO THE LIFE OF LUIGI BOCCHERINI
On Wednesday 8th, Thursday 9th, Friday 10th, Saturday, February 11th, at 10:30 am, at the Casermetta San Colombano on the city walls, there’s a show entitled “Musica e Fiaba” (Music and Fairy Tale) about the life of Luigi Boccherini by Carla Nolledi and Cristiana Traversa with the participation of “La cattiva compagnia”
MEETING WITH MONIKA LESKOVAR
On Monday, February 20, 11:30 am, in the Auditorium del Suffragio there’s a meeting with Monika Leskovar, cello, dedicated to Luigi Boccherini on the occasion of his 274th birthday. The event will be preceded at 9 am by a meeting restricted to students of the “E. Fermi – G. Giorgi” institute in its main hall.

On Friday, February 24, 11:30 in the Auditorium del Suffragio, there’s an event entitled “Da straniero inizio il cammino, Schubert l’ultimo anno” (He began his path as a stranger: Schubert the last year) with Sandro Cappelletto as narrator and Simone Soldati on piano.
